Partial Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 6 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

Video doorbell at the front door, covering the front entry only. No other cameras on the property and none indoors.

Guests & Occupancy

The primary booking Guest must be at least 25 years old.
Maximum of 8 Guests at any time, including overnight Guests and daytime visitors.
A maximum of 1 pet is permitted with prior approval and a $500 pet fee.
All Guests must complete the rental agreement and ID verification through the guest portal before check-in.

Events & Noise

Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are prohibited. Violations incur a $5,000 fine and immediate removal.
Excessive noise and disturbances are prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors and outdoors. Violations are subject to additional fees.
Commercial photography and filming are prohibited.

Equipment & Amenities

Restricted Areas: The upstairs primary bedroom closet, third-floor loft, and IT closet are locked and off-limits.

Checkout & Care

Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional fees.
Guests are responsible for property damage, with replacement costs charged for damaged items.

Liability & Disclaimers

A refundable $5,000 security deposit is collected 2 days before check-in and refunded 2 days after checkout, less documented damage charges.
The pool, rooftop spa, sauna, and steam room (if equipped) are used at the Guest's own risk.
