KEY Curation Notes

Beach access is private and a short walk. Seaside's East Ruskin Pavilion — the largest private residential beach on 30A — is about 350 yards from the front door, a six-minute walk or quick bike ride.

Two complimentary rental bikes are included with every stay, available for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority. Golf carts are not an option here — Seaside prohibits them for non-homeowner visitors, and no exceptions are made without a permit.

The communal pools are the only pool option. Seaside has three pools (one with a covered roof, useful during afternoon storms), all accessible to guests. There is no private pool at this property.

The kitchen is a genuine standout. Gas cooktop, full wall oven, French-door refrigerator, and a stone island with bar seating — laid out for groups who actually cook. Dining seats 8–10 under 22-foot ceilings.

The bedroom layout suits multi-generational groups with some caveats. Three of the five bedrooms have private baths; the upstairs king and bunk room (sleeps 4) share a hall bath. The second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase. One upper bedroom has historically run warmer than the thermostat setting in summer.

Seaside amenities are included in your stay — pools, fitness center, clay tennis courts, and playground. Pickleball court time carries a separate fee.

Our family had a wonderful time in Seaside again this year! The accommodations were very comfortable and suited all of our needs for three families including two young grandchildren! We felt the house was very clean upon our arrival which is extremely important to our family. The location was very convenient for beach, playground, town center and Ruskin Square. Even the Westside pool was only a short walk easy for the grandchildren. We enjoyed many meals in the town center, the airstreams make it convenient for everyone to find food they liked (even many dairy-free and gluten free options!)

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
For Summer stays, a minimum seven-night reservation from Saturday to Saturday is required. During Spring and Spring Break, a minimum stay of five nights is necessary. In the Fall, a minimum of three nights is required, while during Winter, a minimum stay of two nights is needed.
Rental is not available to vacationing students or groups of young adults under the age 25. The parent must be continuously present and always staying in with the young adults.
You may request additional frequency of housekeeping services for an additional fee.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas, including the street and nearby parks.
