- There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. There is room for one vehicle to be parked inside the garage. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. My family and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. We're already looking forward to our next stay here! The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed (and ones we appreciated even if we didn't use them this time - like the slow cooker) and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The sojo amenity kits were a nice touch. We especially loved the outdoor space, which on the main level included a patio, grill, and comfortable seating area, and on the lower level, a hot tub and seating. Our host was very responsive and made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please be aware that some properties are NOT equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- A 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains and the ability to drive on snow and ice are strongly recommended to get to or from any given property. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE FULLY PREPARED and there will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter. Please do not ask.
- The person in whose name the property is reserved will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, and restrictions. Aside from normal wear and tear, the responsible party will be responsible for reimbursing the Owner for any damages to the property or its contents during your vacation residency.
- Evidence of an unauthorized excessive number of guests will result in an immediate charge of $25.00 per person per day to the credit card on file and possibly eviction. Authorization to allow extra people for gatherings or other short-term events must be obtained in writing. Authorization to rent a property for a purpose other than for a family vacation must be obtained in writing prior to finalizing the reservation.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order. Please immediately report any equipment problems to the office. Every effort will be made to rectify the problem, but we cannot refund money due to mechanical failure.
- Please be aware that certain communities have strict standards regarding the number of vehicles at a property. Some areas may not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. You must adhere to these regulations at all times during your stay. Such restrictions, if applicable to your rental home, will be posted on the internet listing.
- Any locked closets or other locked areas are reserved for the storage of Owners’ private property. They are not included in this rental.
- We are not responsible for items left in rental units. In the event that Tenant leaves behind items of utmost importance, we will attempt to retrieve and return items at Tenant’s expense, but such retrieval cannot and will not be guaranteed.
