I don't always write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our extraordinary experience at this place, which is even more stunning than the photos suggest. The panoramic views of both the bay and gulf offered breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, adding a magical touch to our stay. The building's amenities deserve a five-star rating. My husband was particularly impressed with the gym, while I indulged in a wonderful massage at the spa. The expansive pool became our daily retreat, enhancing our relaxation. Unlike the usual Airbnb or rental experience, the beds here were exceptionally comfortable, surpassing even the mattress we have at home in terms of comfort. The entire place was impeccably clean and well-organized. We used the kitchen daily. Very well equipped. A significant bonus was the Culligan water filtration system, which allowed us to easily refill our bottles and avoid purchasing disposable water bottles—a thoughtful and eco-friendly feature. Can’t wait to come back!

25% Refund: Receive a 25% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 65 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 75% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
A resort fee of up to $49 per day will be charged to renters; fees are capped at $250 and $350 during March and April. Charges will be invoiced after booking.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.
Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and beach towels are provided one per person.
Starter supply of soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. These items are NOT replenished during your stay.
A selection of items such as beach chairs may be available, selection varies by property.
Extra pillows & blankets will be provided.
Restrictions
- Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 30 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
- Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
- Garbage should all be disposed or either in the trash chute located in the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
- Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
- Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
