Things you need to know
The private pool with optional heating is surrounded by lounge seating, creating the perfect place to unwind in any season. A rooftop lookout tower offers panoramic Gulf and WaterSound views, while private beach access is just 200 yards away.
Pool heating available Oct 1 through May 1 for an additional fee per day.
The elevator is only accessible on the first and second floor.
From March 1st to October 31st, the rental of this property includes one beach service set (2 beach chairs and 1umbrella)
All linens, including comforters, laundered upon every checkout.
Walton County regulations require all doors leading to private pools to have an alarm that sounds when the door is slightly open (ajar). This alarm needs to be manually turned off when exiting the pool area. Due to this safety requirement, the accordion doors cannot be used by guests.
Fireplaces are not for guest use.
Guests do not have access to the WaterSound Beach Club. This is a members-only club, and day passes can not be purchased.

Guests & Occupancy
- Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests stated for the property.
- The primary renter is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors and for any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items.

- The property is intended for residential vacation use only. Commercial use, subleasing, or transferring the reservation is prohibited.
Events & Noise
- Events & Parties: Weddings, parties, large gatherings, and other events are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained.
- Quiet Hours: Guests must comply with all local noise ordinances and applicable HOA quiet hour requirements.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated as pet-friendly.
- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- Illegal Activity: Illegal activities and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited.
Equipment & Amenities
- Parking: Parking is limited to designated areas and the maximum number of vehicles allowed for the property.
