KEY Curation Notes

Private pool and spa anchor the home, with direct walkouts from both the primary suite and the fourth bedroom. County code requires alarms on all ground-floor sliding doors leading to the pool area.

Mauna Lani Private Beach Club access is included for your stay, with calm-water snorkeling, lifeguards, and Napua Restaurant onsite. Hapuna Beach, regularly voted #1 in the U.S., is a short drive away alongside Mauna Kea Beach and Beach 69.

Bedroom layout is split across two levels, with the king primary suite and one queen bedroom on the main floor, and two more bedrooms downstairs — one with twin XLs that combine into a king and one with two queens. Only the primary has an en-suite; the other three bedrooms share two additional bathrooms.

The KaMilo Recreation Center sits steps away, with a freeform family pool, adults-only lap pool, multiple hot tubs, and a full fitness center. The Shops at Mauna Lani — supermarket, restaurants, weekly evening entertainment — are a short walk from the home.

Indoor-outdoor flow is the design centerpiece, with 17-foot pocket doors opening the main living area to a covered lanai with a high-end grill, dining, and lounge seating overlooking the Mauna Lani North Course and peek-a-boo ocean views.
