Guests & Occupancy
- Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests. Exceeding this limit without written approval is prohibited and may incur additional fees.
- Guests are responsible for complying with all property rules and the signed Home Use Agreement required to finalize the reservation.
Events & Noise
- Weddings, parties, business events, or commercial filming are prohibited without prior written consent.
- Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with Hawaii County ordinance; noise must not disturb neighbors during these hours.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the lanai and all common areas.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pool Safety (_if equipped_): County-mandated alarms are installed on all ground-level sliding doors leading to the pool area and must not be left open for extended periods.
Checkout & Care
- Reservations of 14 nights or longer may require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning (additional fee may apply).
