Things you need to know

From the ground floor entry, this garden unit is located down one flight of stairs on the lowest level of the building.

An entry hallway and coat closet are found behind the unit door, which is clearly marked A.

The assigned ski locker is located in the garage as well for convenient ski and gear storage.

There is no A/C at this property.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.

As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary renter must meet the minimum age required (_varies by property_).
  • Primary guest is responsible for all guests and visitors during the stay.
  • Property is for approved, registered guests only and personal vacation use.
  • Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded (includes infants).
  • Unauthorized overnight guests: $500 per person, per night.

Events & Noise

  • No weddings, receptions, parties, or events without prior written approval.
  • Unapproved events result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
  • Outdoor noise must remain under 60 dBA and is not permitted after 9:00 PM.

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted anywhere on the property; guest liable for all damage and cleaning.
  • Pets: Not allowed unless pre-approved; $100/day per unauthorized pet.
  • Illegal, Dangerous, or Unsafe Activities: Illegal drugs, contraband, fireworks, hazardous materials, weapons, violent behavior, or similar items ($500 fine and eviction may apply).
  • No commercial use, filming, or photography without approval.
  • No trespassing on neighboring properties.
  • No alterations, furniture moving, or installations permitted.

Equipment & Amenities

  • HVAC: Thermostat may not be set below 72°F.
  • Pools, hot tubs, spas, docks, and water features _(if equipped)_: Use at own risk; no diving, glass, intoxication, or unattended children. No lifeguard on duty.
  • Bicycles _(if equipped)_: Use at own risk; guest responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
  • Locked closets, owner storage, and restricted areas are off-limits.
  • Report issues promptly. No refunds for temporary outages or malfunctions of amenities, utilities, or systems.

Checkout & Care

  • Property must be left in reasonable condition.
  • Furniture must remain in its original placement.
  • Trash must be placed in designated bins or along the garage wall if bins are full.
  • Grills _(if equipped)_: Must be cleaned after use.
  • Mail and package delivery are not permitted.
  • All keys and access devices must be returned at check-out.
  • Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional charges.
