This is our third time staying at Tops’l Summit. First time in Unit 804. Our vacation at Tops’l was special as always! The unit 804 was perfect, totally remodeled with modern furnishings but with a beach touch. TV’s in every room, although we never turned a TV on the entire week. WIFI was great in our unit and the unit was stocked with everything you need for a week. A/C was ice cold too. But…the view from the balcony and the primary bedroom….to die for!!! Waking up to that view every day does not get old! The beach was perfect, the staff was great and the fireworks on July 4th never cease to amaze our family! Being able to view so closely is amazing and the show was better than ever. Stop looking….unit 804 in Tops’l Summit is the unit for you and your family vacation….book it today!!!! You will not be disappointed!

The owners participate in our Good Neighbor Protection Program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
