A two-car garage and full-size laundry room add everyday convenience, while nearby community amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, ramadas, a play area, and connections to local bike paths and trails. With the Troon North clubhouse, restaurant, and bar just up the road, this refined desert escape pairs resort-style relaxation with an exceptional golf-course setting.

Partial Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
If you wish to heat the pool in the cooler winter months, the price is $1150/month to 85 degrees.
Guests have access to the four-acre Community Park. The park features tennis courts, pickle ball courts, ramadas, a tot lot and a turfed play area for other outdoor activities. The park is conveniently located at the northwest corner of 93rd Street and Dynamite Boulevard and connected to Troon North's network of bike paths and trail easements.
All linens, bath & pool towels provided.
$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.
Long term renters are welcome.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Primary renter must be at least 25. Guests under 25 may stay without a parent/legal guardian only with prior written approval.
- No additional overnight guests beyond the approved reservation. Violations may result in cancellation and eviction without refund.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay and for complying with all applicable HOA/CC&R rules and restrictions.
- Property may not be used for illegal or immoral activities or in any manner that damages or disrupts neighboring properties.
Events & Noise
- Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction, cancellation, forfeiture of rent, and applicable HOA fines.
- Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours, and comply with community HOA/CC&R restrictions.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Smoke odor detected after departure will result in a minimum $500 cleaning charge.
- Hazardous, poisonous, corrosive, or flammable substances that could endanger the property or neighboring properties are prohibited.
- Illegal activities are prohibited.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pool & Spa _(if equipped)_: Use is at guests’ own risk; children must be supervised around water.
- Pool Heating _(if equipped)_: Paid pool heating is set to 85°F and must not be adjusted. Guests are responsible for misuse or damage to pool/spa equipment. No refunds are provided for pool/spa heating.
- Propane Pool Heating _(if equipped)_: Guests are charged for the exact propane used, based on documented metered usage.
- Initial bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies are provided; guests supply additional items.
- Mid-stay maid service is not included but may be requested for an additional charge.
- Authorized personnel may enter for maintenance, damage inspections, or emergencies.
Checkout & Care
- Departures after 10:00 AM incur a fee equal to 50% of one night’s stay.
- Keys and/or door codes are provided at check-in.

- Property representatives and owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring before, during, or after occupancy.
- No responsibility is assumed for theft, lost or stolen belongings, or items left after departure.
- No refunds for inclement weather or natural events except in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
