- Located just one mile from Magic Sands Beach Park - Just south of The Kona Seaside Yacht Villa, you will find all kinds of activities to enjoy. South Kona is ideal for diving, snorkeling, sailing, paddle boarding, and kayaking. - If you need to stock up on some staples for that amazing kitchen, the KTA Superstore will have everything you need. Take a quick trip to town where you will find local artists, farmers markets, and more. For a terrific dining experience at a local favorite hidden gem, Jackie Reys Ohana Grill offers delicious food that is clearly made with Aloha. - A great day at the beach can be had at Magic Sands Beach Park just over a mile south on Ali'i Drive. There's even a restaurant next door if you need to get out of the sun for a bit. The famous and amazing Da’ Poke Shack is just a two-block walk down Ali’I Drive. - Take a three-mile journey along the water to have lunch and a tour of Kona Brewing Company.

Very clean, spacious for our family of 5, and a wonderfully modern space with relaxing ocean sounds and great views. We were coming from a resort so pulling into the complex is understandably much less glam but entering the unit exceeded my expectations.
