Neighborhood: Prominence South - Prominence South is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces, and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, 5,000 square foot resort-style pool, and fitness center. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping, and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen that streams major sporting events and movies as well as features live music on their very own stage. - Beach access: Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten-minute walk. Beach service is not provided here. - Walton Dunes: located 2.5 miles from the Prominence area, Walton Dunes is an easily accessible beach entrance! Unlike Deer Lake, there are no stairs/ramps and you can walk right up to the beach. You take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for cars/golf carts. Beach service is the only amenity provided. - Santa Clara: located 3.5 miles away and is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A, 1/2 mile east of Scenic 395, turn south on Bramble Grove Place. - 30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida's famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you'll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all! - Local Attractions: The Big Chill 30A, Gulf Place Plaza, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park A, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach State Park, Alys Beach, Seaside Beach, Watercolor Beach

- This home includes 2 parking spaces with overflow parking available south-side gravel area. - Guest should not exceed the stated number of maximum vehicles in the reservation. We make efforts to make Guests aware of local parking restrictions; please refer to your House Manual for more information. You are solely responsible for adhering to local street parking restrictions, including HOA rules, and any penalties associated with violating said restrictions.

Travel-Sized Toiletries (Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap), towels, beddings, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.

Stocked with cleaning supplies you might need to keep your stay safe and sanitized. This includes an all-purpose cleaning solution and an arsenal of cleaning appliances to make sure you’re equipped for any occurrence.

Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
  • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
  • If you exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation without approval, we are entitled to require you to vacate and remove from the Accommodation in a manner consistent with applicable law and you may be subject to additional fees.
  • Guest and registered guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission
  • Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing an antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
  • Please be advised that Guests staying at any Property located in an HOA community, or similar, are required to follow local rules, ordinances, or regulations.
  • The use of swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas, docks, ponds, lakes, beaches and any accessory or related equipment, while providing exercise, recreation, and relaxation can be inherently dangerous. You and your guests are strongly cautioned to adhere to the following safe practices:
  • No diving into the pool hot tub or spa;
  • No intoxicated persons may use the pool hot tub or spa;
  • No use of glass containers by the pool;
  • No one should use the pool hot tub or spa alone;
  • Children may never be left unattended when they gain access to the pool, hot tub, or spa, not even for a few seconds.
  • You and your guests agree to assume liability for pool, hot tub, or spa use, dock use, and any use of any body of water on the Property, including the use of any related accessories or equipment such as diving boards, pool floaties, etc. No Lifeguard will be on duty - you and your guests will swim at your own risk.
  • If the Property is part of an HOA or rental complex, the following also apply. HOA or House Rules, if applicable will supplement or supersede these rules:
  • The pool, hot tub, or spa may only be used during posted hours;
  • Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14;
  • All drinks must be served in unbreakable containers;
  • No alcoholic drinks are allowed in the pool area, hot tub, or spa;
  • Users must shower prior to using the pool, hot tub, or spa;
  • Use the pool safety equipment only in case of emergency.
  • You are aware that hazardous road conditions do exist and agree to operate the bicycle in a safe manner, including but not limited to, wearing a helmet at all times while operating the bicycle. In the event that any bicycle is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, you agree to pay all costs of repair or replacement.
  • To prevent any damage to the HVAC system, the A/C thermostat may not be lowered below 72 degrees Fahrenheit at any time during your stay at the Property.
