Outside, the private resort-style backyard transforms every day into a vacation of its own. The expansive pool features a water slide, rain curtain, in-pool loungers, and hot tub, complemented by a swim-up bar beneath a covered ramada with a 65-inch TV. Enormous house with plenty to do. 2 very nice and professional ladies greeted us with introduction and tour. Tons of space, super clean. We didn’t have to leave the house. Entertainment and comfort was provided for the entire weekend.

Full Refund: Receive a full refund (excluding credit card fees) when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
Partial Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 16 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 15 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Guest count may not exceed the listing limit. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid.
- Primary booker must complete the guest registration form, submit a copy of ID, and sign the rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking inside is strictly prohibited - $1,000 fee. Smoking outside requires all cigarette/cigar/tobacco waste to be removed. Tobacco residue on or around the property will result in an additional $1,000 fee.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pool/Hot Tub Safety (if equipped): Diving or jumping is prohibited due to risk of serious injury. No minor may swim unaccompanied by an adult.
- Hot Tub/Pool Malfunctions (if equipped): Owner and vendors are not responsible for equipment malfunctions. Report issues immediately. No refunds for downtime.
- Property uses noise-aware monitoring and exterior security systems per city ordinance. Tampering may result in fees and eviction.
Checkout & Care
- Towels and linens may not be removed from the property.
- A housekeeping fee applies to all reservations (varies by property size).
- Leave the home neat and orderly to avoid extra cleaning charges.
- Excessive garbage left outside city-provided cans will result in a $250 garbage removal fee.
- Optional Services: Daily turnover service is available for an additional cost.
