- This home’s driveway accommodates up to five cars with parking passes placed in the windshields; cars parked on the street will be towed. - Additional limited parking is available nearby (~1 mile away) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Total number of cars per villa cannot exceed five.

50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
The property is equipped with a basic starter supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies; however, you are responsible for purchasing and/or supplying all further supplies required for the duration of your stay.
Each bathroom features a starter kit of travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a roll of toilet paper. Your home will also come equipped with a starter pantry kit, comprised of paper towel, garbage bags, dishwashing tabs, dish soap, a tide single load, and a stock of coffee/tea bags. Starter kits are only refilled with a purchase of our daily or mid-stay cleans.
Pool heat is available throughout your stay for an added fee.
The outdoor patio features a grill, which is yours to enjoy throughout your stay for a small add-on fee; this fee covers propane refills, cleaning, servicing, and power washing between uses.
This home is equipped with one Pack n play and one high chair (additional are available for rent).
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused days of your reservation.
- You must comply with all of our rules and regulations and any other applicable rules, including those of any available amenities in the home and/or community.
- Your reservation details specify the maximum number of occupants permitted at the property. Any violation of these maximums will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation and, if you are already on site, you will be required to vacate the premises and remove all of your possessions from the property.
- The management is not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of your failure to comply with all applicable parking rules and regulations. Parking of RVs, campers, and trailers are prohibited.
- No smoking is allowed inside or outside of any property. Failure to observe these rules will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.
- Thermostats may not be set below 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Appliances should be used only as intended. You should not tamper with or disable the appliance. The self-cleaning cycle should be used infrequently. If appliances are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
- Trash must be placed in bags and disposed of in designated bins. Do not flush any object down the toilets except toilet paper because major damage is likely to occur.
- You are strictly prohibited from bringing any rental equipment, generators or supplemental appliances onto the property without the prior written approval.
