Parking information

- 2-car garage; parking for up to 6 cars - You can drive your car or a golf cart to the beach. There is beach parking with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces. - Please be aware that parking is restricted to the number of spaces specified in the property description. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed, and any associated fines or towing fees will be the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Additionally, some properties may require the purchase of a parking pass.

All I can say is absolutely amazing. We traveled with a family of 15 and everyone had there own place to sleep with their individual families. Pool was fantastic, kids room amazing, theater room wonderful. Kitchen well stocked, 6 cars fit in the garage/driveway. Thank you again for a wonderful family vacation!!!

Things you need to know

Reservation includes standard cleaning with fresh linens, towels, and sleeper sofa kits. Any excessive cleaning required during or after a guest's stay will be determined by the property manager and charged to the Guest's credit card on file.

The residential elevators provided in select vacation homes are intended primarily for guests with mobility limitations. For safety reasons, elevator use by children or for recreational purposes is strictly prohibited. Guests requiring elevator access are asked to notify us prior to arrival so that arrangements may be confirmed.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Maximum of up to 20 guests (16 adults + 4 kids up to 75 pounds).
  • While every effort is made to maintain elevators in working order, their continuous and fault-free operation cannot be guaranteed. These systems are complex and, in the event of a malfunction, repairs must be conducted by licensed elevator technicians, which may result in delays beyond our control.
  • Please be advised that the inclusion of an elevator does not influence the rental rate. As such, no discounts, refunds, or other compensation will be provided should the elevator become inoperable at any point during your stay.
  • Payments are non-refundable in case of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named/numbered storm.
  • No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
  • No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, closed beach accesses, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature.
  • No refund shall be given for number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only, and are not integral to this agreement.
  • The number of guests is limited based on the property size and is specified in the property description. Any additional or unauthorized overnight guests may result in a charge of $200.00 per person per night.
  • All properties are designated as non-smoking, which includes no vaping.
  • EV chargers are available at select properties. Property Management and the property owner are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle or person associated with using these chargers.
  • If a hot tub or pool is provided at the Rental Property, it will be prepared and tested for proper and safe chemicals prior to or on the day of occupancy. Misuse of a hot tub or pool by the spilling of foreign substances into the pool, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass, sand or metal will result in a Service Call Charge at the sole discretion of the Company and may incur an additional cleaning fee. Under no circumstances are pets allowed in pools or hot tubs. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
  • Please note that the heating of the pool and spa cannot be guaranteed.++ ++While we make every effort to ensure that the pool and spa are heated to a comfortable temperature, there may be circumstances beyond our control that prevent this from happening. If, for any reason, the pool and/or spa is not heated, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be given. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  • Please note that fireworks are prohibited by county ordinance.
  • The Guest must not use the property for any commercial activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
  • As a renter, it is your responsibility to follow all the rules and regulations of the community or complex where you are renting a property. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to immediate cancellation of your rental reservation, and you may be asked to vacate the dwelling.
  • If you engage in any inappropriate behavior, you may be subject to fines, tickets, or other penalties. Please keep in mind that you will also forfeit all monies paid towards the rental if any such violation occurs.
  • In the town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, it is illegal to unreasonably disturb the peace and quiet of those in their homes or public places. The regulations regarding noise are enforced 24 hours a day, and quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • You may ship directly to the home that you are staying in using Fedex or UPS while your are in the home, however we can not guarantee delivery or security of the package.
  • Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Company is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 10 days will be disposed of at the discretion of the Company.
