Parking information
- Everyone driving a vehicle within the resort will need a parking pass. Parking passes are limited for each villa and home. Complimentary parking for one to two nights only. - There is one vehicle pass per villa rental and two vehicle passes per house rental included with each reservation, car passes are required to enter the gates of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Depending on the neighborhood/location, there are limitations on how many parking passes can be ordered.

Our Company has rented 193 Mooring Buoy, for the same conference, for six years. The house is always very clean! There has been a continuing issue with the correct number of car passes and their dates. Which is a front office function and they quickly corrected the mistake. We had two mechanical issues and the maintenance team was extremely responsive and fixed the issues.

Things you need to know
Pool heat is not available in this home.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided. A standard supply of towels consisting of two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person (not to exceed maximum occupancy).
Towel bundles and additional linens can be provided for a fee.
The community pools are opened seasonally, the dates vary and are subject to change.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided.
The spa can be heated from June through October for an additional fee, the heat add-on is not available November through May.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please do not use home or villa linens as beach blankets.
- No motorcycles, motorized scooters/skateboards of any kind are permitted. No RVs, campers, and trailers of any kind are not permitted in gate areas. Off-resort storage arrangements must be made for boats, jet skis, and kayaks. Also, no commercial vehicles with any type of company signage or wrapping are allowed.
- Damage Protection is available with your reservation. Damage protection is nonrefundable and provides coverage for any accidental damage to the property and its contents.
- All accommodations are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will be addressed through “Damages”, as outlined above, and be the responsibility of the Guest.
- As per the regulations outlined in the Town of Hilton Head ordinance (#95-05), there are specific restrictions on noise during designated hours. Furthermore, any unruly or disruptive behavior, regardless of the time, can result in the termination of this agreement. In such cases, the guest will be required to leave the premises, and any remaining payments will be forfeited.
- In the case of unforeseen mechanical problems with the heating of pools & hot tubs, we will try to correct the problem in a timely manner, but no adjustment will be made to the rental rate or fees associated with heating. Heating costs will not be prorated for stays less than 7 nights.
