Descending to the lower level, guests will find an additional TV theater area and a third, private twin bedroom with an ensuite bath and direct garage access, ensuring both convenience and privacy. Every detail, from modern heated bidets to the private hot tub, has been crafted for a premier luxury experience. Parking information
- The total number of motor vehicles allowed on the Property for Guest and Guest’s invitees shall not exceed two (2). - Guest shall be provided access to one (1) garage bay for parking. - Guest or Guest’s invitees shall not park on subdivision streets, lawns or any area other than the paved driveway of the residence on the Property. - Any vehicles of Guest or Guest’s invitees parked outside of the paved driveway will be towed at Guest's expense.

Things you need to know
Property may only be rented once in a 30-day period.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The total number of persons occupying the Property shall not exceed the sleeping capacity of the home, and the total number of persons in the Property at any one time for a dinner, party, or any other purpose shall not exceed one-and-a-half times the sleeping capacity of the home.
- Manager will provide Guest (as applicable) security codes, keys, and/or garage or gate openers to allow Guest to access the Property. Guest shall not alter, rekey, install any locks, or alter in any way security codes or systems. Guest shall return all keys, codes, garage or gate openers in proper working order to Manager at the end of the Rental Term.
- No tents, teepees, campers, RV’s, or temporary shelters of any kind may be erected on the grounds of the Property.
- Under no circumstances shall guests move or remove any furniture, fixtures, and/or furnishing from the property.
- Always maintain an internal temperature in the residential structure(s) that will prevent water and sewer pipes from freezing.
- No pets of any kind are allowed in or on the Property.
- No smoking or use of illegal substances is allowed on the Property.
- Guest agrees to leave the Property in the same condition in which it was provided to Guest. In the event there is damage to or theft from the Property during or as a result of Guest Parties’ occupancy under this Agreement, such damage shall be repaired (including any additional cleaning fees) at Guest’s sole cost, either as a deduction from the Damage Deposit or via charge to Guest’s credit card.
- Any foodstuffs or supplies located in or on the Property shall be used at the sole risk of Guest Parties, and Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Manager and Owner harmless from any and all claims arising from the use of such supplies or foodstuffs by Guest or any other Guest Party.
- Guest agrees to comply with all sanitary laws, ordinances, rules, and orders of appropriate governmental authorities affecting the cleanliness, occupancy, and preservation of the Property during Guest’s occupation of the Property, and all Covenants, neighborhood rules, and regulations etc. Manager has provided Guest a copy of any neighborhood rules and regulations applicable to the Property. Guest acknowledges receipt of same and that Guest has read them.
- The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Guest agrees to use the Property in a manner so as not to disturb or be a nuisance to neighboring properties.
