- Located at Banks Rd, Governors Harbour. - This area is called the Golden Mile, a stretch of island with pink sand beaches, patch reefs and great restaurants and cafes. We are 5 minute walk from famous Tippy’s beachfront restaurant and bar, and a 3 minute drive from the beautiful and charming town of Governor's Harbour, where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores and gas stations, along with many lovely historic homes. - Gumbo Limbo is a short 150 yard walk down our deeded path to an ideal beach with clear blue water and soft pink sand. If you like walking the beach, you can head for Tippy's restaurant to eat or venture further to Club Med Beach or Culmer's Rocks.

Things you need to know
Fee of $400 per week to heat the pool.
The property is fully furnished and includes a complete supply of bed linens and towels.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Bath towels are not to be taken to the beach or pool.
- Patio furniture is not to be taken to the beach.
- The Renter has access to all the rooms in the house with the exception of the locked closets and pantries.
- The total number of persons allowed in the houses at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for in the reservation. The presence of additional guests will subject the Renter to immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
- Parties and events are not permitted without the written permission of the Homeowner.
- It is the Renter’s responsibility to report any problems or damage immediately to the local property manager.
- The renter and members of his/her group are prohibited from using or bringing onto the property any illegal substances, flammable fluids, explosives, or items deemed hazardous to life, limb, or property.
- The homeowner is in no way responsible for any personal injury or bodily harm that may occur on the property to any Renter or their guests, nor for any damage or loss of Renter’s personal belongings.
- U.S. and Canadian cell phones work on the island. The reception is quite good. Your cell phone carrier will probably charge you expensive international roaming charges, so check with your carrier.
