This beautifully appointed vacation home boasts four bedrooms and four baths, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group retreats. With its professionally designed interiors and luxurious finishes, every detail of this home has been curated for comfort and style. The spacious living room, featuring plush seating and a large flat-screen TV, invites relaxation after a day of beachside adventures, while the expansive kitchen and dining areas provide the perfect setting for shared meals. Neighborhood: Seacrest Beach Located in the popular Seacrest Beach community, between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. A seasonal tram (March-October) offers convenient access to the beach, just steps from the front door. In the off-season, the beach is a short walk or bike ride away.
Parking information
- Free parking - There is an OK2Charge EV charger available. Before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the QR code on the face of the charger when you arrive. - Seacrest Beach does NOT allow golf carts in their community.

Chelsea
We truly enjoyed our stay at Sea Blessings. We had family come in for the first part of our stay and it accommodated 10 people (7 over 10 and 3 young kids/toddlers) easily and comfortably. The location is on the far end of Seacrest beach community which has it's pros and cons. When the tram isn't running, it's a further walk. However it was also a quiet street that was nice to sit out on the front porch and enjoy. We would 100% book Sea Blessings again, and look forward to our next trip down to the Emerald Coast!

Things you need to know
Please Note: Seacrest Beach does NOT allow golf carts in their community.
Towels, linens, extra pillows & blankets, and some basic bath essentials, including soap and shampoo, are included.
One-time linen and towel set-up, an initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry, and dishwasher detergent.
Bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken out of the Property.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Primary guest must be 25+ and stay overnight for the entire reservation; any stated property-specific age exception applies.
- All overnight guests must be listed, with ages provided for guests under 25.
- Guests are responsible for their occupants and invitees, including damages, missing items, rule violations, and applicable fines or charges.
- All applicable community and HOA rules must be followed; violations may result in fines.
- Authorized personnel may enter the property as needed for repairs.
Events & Noise
- Events: Parties, weddings, receptions, and other special events require prior written approval and may require additional fees or agreements.
- Noise: Keep music and outdoor activity at reasonable levels and comply with posted community and pool hours.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Allowed only at designated pet-friendly properties; violations incur a $750 fine plus damage costs.
- Smoking: Prohibited; violations incur a $750 fine.
- Unlawful Activity: Illegal activity, underage drinking, and unauthorized partying are prohibited and may result in removal and forfeiture of payments.
- Vehicles: RVs, motorcycles, trailers, unregistered vehicles, and unauthorized golf carts are prohibited where applicable.
- Grilling: Gas or charcoal grilling is prohibited inside the property or on balconies unless specifically permitted.
Equipment & Amenities
- Maintenance & Utilities: Report maintenance, housekeeping, appliance, HVAC, elevator, or utility issues immediately. Repairs will be addressed when possible, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
- Internet: Wi-Fi interruptions will be addressed when possible but do not qualify for refunds.
- Pool/Hot Tub _(if equipped)_: No lifeguard is provided; minors must be supervised. No diving, jumping, glass, or equipment tampering; rinse off sand before entering.
- Pool Heat _(if equipped)_: Available seasonally for an additional fee and must be purchased for the entire stay; temperature restrictions apply and heating may take up to 48 hours. Use is at the guest’s own risk and subject to applicable waiver and indemnification terms.
- Linens & Supplies: Initial linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided. Linens and towels must remain at the property; lost or damaged items may be charged.
- Beach Towels: Guests must provide their own.
Checkout & Care
- Departure: Remove trash, place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start it _(if equipped)_, and close and lock all exterior doors and windows.
- Property Condition: Leave the property in its original condition; excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
- Damage: Damage, defacement, or missing items beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the card on file.
- Left Items: Guests are responsible for shipping costs for returned belongings.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Guests assume the risks associated with occupancy; no liability is assumed for theft, vandalism, personal property loss or damage, or guest/invitee injury.
- No refunds or compensation are provided for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather, temporary utility or system outages, maintenance issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Refunds for qualifying mandatory evacuations are subject to applicable travel insurance coverage.
- If the reserved accommodation becomes unavailable, comparable accommodations, rescheduling, or a refund may be offered based on availability; outside costs are not covered.
