This unit had every feature our family of four needed! The house was clean, roomy and the stairs and pool were a huge hit with the kids! We enjoyed all aspects of Disney throughout our stay and coming home to a spacious and clean house was a treat for all of us. This was our first stay at a non Disney resort because we needed more room than a typical resort room can handle…and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! Jeeves handled, very fairly, the few mishaps that come with any property or trip in a professional and expedited manner. Will remain loyal to the great properties they showcase!! Thanks for a great 2022 WDW trip!

- Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- Pool may not heat to the Guest’s desired temperature during colder weather and may take up to 48 hours to reach maximum temperature. There are no refunds for dissatisfaction with pool heat. Running & diving are prohibited.
- Children, of any age, are not allowed in the pool area without supervision.
- Disabling Pool Alarms is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited.
- Guests cannot set the Air Conditioning below 72° or the Heat above 78°, change the fan from Auto, leave any doors or windows open, or leave the blinds open.
- Fireworks, open flames, intoxication by occupants, and inherently dangerous activities are prohibited.
- Commercial use of the Property is prohibited, including but not limited to, public events or productions.
- No parties, groups, gatherings, events, or other social functions are allowed unless specifically authorized in writing. An exception exists for pre-approved parties which are subject to approval and additional fees.
