KEY Curation Notes

Built for tennis players. Winfield's clubhouse is one block from the door. It has eight courts (six hard, two clay), a heated resort-style pool, an indoor hot tub, a fitness center with locker rooms, and walking paths into the surrounding foothills.

Clubhouse extras. The on-site café serves breakfast and lunch from 10am to 2:30pm, and the media room and library includes a pool table. Gate remotes and clubhouse passes are picked up from the HOA against a $75 refundable deposit.

Easy single-level living. The renovated home has no stairs, an open-plan chef's kitchen, a gas fireplace, a two-car garage, and an in-unit washer and dryer. A private backyard with a grill rounds it out, and bath and pool towels are provided.

Set up for longer stays. A 30-day minimum applies. From June through September, electricity is capped at $300 per month, and you cover anything above that.

Convenient North Scottsdale base. Safeway, Target, and restaurants are a two-minute drive away. Boulders Golf Club is under a mile, and the cafés and galleries of Cave Creek are about 10 minutes.

Casa Winfield is beautifully renovated, stylishly furnished and the open plan kitchen is a chef\\\'s dream. The community of Winfield has incredible amenities: spectacular swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse all within less than a one minute walk away. Winfield is surrounded by beautiful mountains filled with hiking trails to appeal to all fitness levels. Safeway, Target and multiple restaurants within a 2 min drive. The historic, quaint village of Cave Creek is a 10 min drive, and filled with wonderful cafe\\\\\\\'s, art galleries and shopping. Perfect location, pristine house.

Partial Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

$300/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

Primary renter must be at least 25. Guests under 25 may stay without a parent/legal guardian only with prior written approval.
No additional overnight guests beyond the approved reservation. Violations may result in cancellation and eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay and for complying with all applicable HOA/CC&R rules and restrictions.
Property may not be used for illegal or immoral activities or in any manner that damages or disrupts neighboring properties.

Events & Noise

Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction, cancellation, forfeiture of rent, and applicable HOA fines.
Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours, and comply with community HOA/CC&R restrictions.

Prohibited Activities

Pets allowed with owner prior approval only and $250 NON-Refundable $250 pet fee. Please contact us before booking to discuss. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Smoke odor detected after departure will result in a minimum $500 cleaning charge.
Hazardous, poisonous, corrosive, or flammable substances that could endanger the property or neighboring properties are prohibited.
Illegal activities are prohibited.

Equipment & Amenities

Pool & Spa _(if equipped)_: Use is at guests’ own risk; children must be supervised around water.
Pool Heating _(if equipped)_: Paid pool heating is set to 85°F and must not be adjusted. Guests are responsible for misuse or damage to pool/spa equipment. No refunds are provided for pool/spa heating.
Propane Pool Heating _(if equipped)_: Guests are charged for the exact propane used, based on documented metered usage.
Initial bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies are provided; guests supply additional items.
Mid-stay maid service is not included but may be requested for an additional charge.
Authorized personnel may enter for maintenance, damage inspections, or emergencies.

Checkout & Care

Departures after 10:00 AM incur a fee equal to 50% of one night’s stay.
Keys and/or door codes are provided at check-in.
