This unit is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is only 5 minutes away from the beach. We came off-season so traffic wasn’t bad.

Restrictions
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
