The Village complex offers many resort amenities including a ski school, on-site ski rentals, a fitness area, pools, and hot tubs. In the summer, you can hike right out the front door. In the winter months, you can enjoy ski-in/ski-out access.

The front desk is available 24 hours a day. They will help with anything you may need. We will both be there for you.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The stated occupancy total includes all persons, day or night, irrespective of age. Exceeding occupancy results in a $300 fine per additional guest per day.
- Notify the Manager of any damages, maintain the property in the same condition as at the start of the rental, do not move furniture, and follow the departure instructions provided by the Manager.
- All trash must be placed in the provided bins. Charges apply for anything left outside the bins. Street parking is not permitted, and a maximum number of cars applies.
- Pets are strictly prohibited on this property. Any evidence of pet occupation will result in the forfeiture of the damage deposit in its entirety.
- Smoking is not permitted in or around the property (including the garage). If smoke is detected, you will be billed for deodorizing the property, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Any inoperative or defective equipment or appliances must be reported to the Manager. There will be no rent reduction, rebate, or refund for mechanical failures except at the Manager's discretion.
- In case of a breakdown of fundamental elements, repair or replacement efforts will be made, and a refund may be possible. This does not apply to system breakdowns due to misuse.
- The Manager is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or damage to persons or property that occur while on the premises or using the facilities.
- Use the property and its facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions listed on the following page and any additional information provided in the Welcome Letter.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No gatherings outdoors after 10 PM. If the police are called, fines will be issued, and the deposit will be forfeited. The remaining nights of your stay will also be canceled without a refund.
- Snow clearance service is provided for snowfall of 4+ inches. If under 4 inches, you are responsible for shoveling. Ensure your vehicle is suitably equipped for winter conditions. Ice and snow on the ground can be expected.
- If any rules are broken and you are asked to leave, no refund will be given for the remaining nights of your stay.
