The sleeping quarters ensure privacy and comfort. The master bedroom is equipped with a plush queen bed and a TV, alongside a private bathroom featuring a double granite vanity and beautifully tiled showers. The bunk room is perfect for younger guests, with two sets of custom twin-over-twin bunks and a private bath that includes a double granite vanity and a tiled tub/shower combination. Step outside to the covered deck and engage in al fresco dining while soaking up the serene views. A stone path leads you to an inviting firepit near a gentle stream, perfect for evening gatherings. Within the Eagles Nest community, guests can enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities and recreational facilities, making every moment of your stay memorable and enjoyable.

Our stay at Doe Run Cottage was absolutely perfect – such a peaceful and relaxing home! The house is charming and comfortable with everything you need for a restful mountain getaway. Great indoor AND outdoor gathering space, comfortable bedrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen (pots/pans, etc.) if you decide to stay in. The location is excellent – tucked away with a peaceful setting, but still close to the lovely downtown (great restaurant options) with plenty of hiking and wineries nearby. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Things you need to know
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday.
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
