Parking information
- Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles. - No more than one car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with one additional car allowed during daytime hours (four cars max).

Policies
Things you need to know
You will have the entire house, property and garage to yourself.
There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost is $149/night.
Linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.
One highchair and one Pack 'n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Long term stays are allowed.
- Security hold is $750 and will be processed five days prior to arrival and returned on checkout day post inspection for damages.
- Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with vacation rental compliance officials on demand as required by law.
- No more than two adults per bedroom (eight max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with two additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional two children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
- Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
- Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line.
- The guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of the owner.
