Things you need to know
Pool heating is available for an additional $40/day fee. If you would like the spa or hot tub heated, please ensure you add pool heating to your reservation.
Complete with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. It also includes an iron and ironing board. In addition to this, linens and towels are provided.
Complimentary starter shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, and trash bags. Once these items are used, it is the guest's responsibility to replenish them.
This property has exterior security cameras.
Enjoy a wide range of amenities at the resort, including a five-acre water park with a lazy river, ten community pools, and a short-game golf practice area. On-site restaurants, bars, and a self-service business center add convenience to your stay. You can also take advantage of free one-hour bicycle use per day and try your hand at Bocce Ball. Additional activities like tennis and golf cart rentals are available for an extra fee, as are equipment rentals for Pickleball and FootGolf, the latter being available after 3:00 p.m. on select days.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay is three nights.
- Please note, that some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 14 adults. This home sleeps 8 adults, the rest are bedrooms designed for children 16 and under.
- Pool heat is available for $40 a day. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays. Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote.
- This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home; Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- The air conditioning in any rental property should not be set below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit (23 Degrees Celsius) by the guests.
- For the spa to be heated the pool heat must be on. A spillover spa or hot tub is not able to be heated on its own. The spillover spas are attached to the pool, using the same water. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen in this set-up, the pool and spa will be heated to a temperature of around 80-84 degrees Fahrenheit. When in the spa mode, the system will automatically adjust the valves so that the water from the spa is returned to the spa. This bypasses the pool, and the spa will be heated up to between 94 and 102 degrees Fahrenheit. If left in Spa mode the pool will not be getting any heated water and so the pool will cool down.
- Pool/spa heaters operate on a timer and are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. There will be some cooling off overnight when the air temperature drops. In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult, with the water temperature dropping down overnight. Florida has a temperate climate but cold fronts can bring overnight low temperatures in the 30's and 40's that can last for several days.
- Spillover spa rules - maximum use of 15 minutes. Pregnant women, small children, people with health problems, and people using alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use the spa without first consulting a doctor.
- Outside cooking equipment or appliances such as ovens & fridge freezers are not permitted to be taken to the homes.
- For security purposes, a surveillance device recording video such as security cameras and smart doorbells may be installed outside of the rental property. These will typically cover the front door and driveway of the home, and sometimes down the sides of the home. The resort communities may also have security cameras in place at the resort entrance gates.
- Maximum occupancy excludes children under three years of age.
- Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied at the pools.
