Adjacent to the kitchen, a half bath and laundry center offer additional convenience. Flanking the living room, you'll find two King bedrooms, each adorned with a smart TV and boasting a full, private bathroom. One bathroom impresses with a spacious tiled shower, while the other provides a tiled tub/shower combo. Relax on the back deck and savor the tranquil views of Camp Eagles Nest's amenities, including the enticing pickleball and basketball courts. Just beyond the hill, the tennis courts await for a friendly match. The front yard presents stone steps leading down to a private fire pit, where you can unwind while overlooking the picturesque valley. To further enhance your relaxation, a newly installed hot tub awaits on the deck, providing the perfect respite after a day of exhilarating hiking or skiing. Ideally situated between Great Camp and the North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, this home boasts an excellent location in close proximity to the community's most popular amenities.

The property management team ensures that your experience is comfortable and the accommodations are maintained with high standards. Arrival at the property, the first expression that can be explained in one word is, “immaculate.” Extremely comfortable stay with all of the necessary amenities to stay in. All you have to do is take a quick pit stop at the grocery store and adjust to the comfort of the cozy home high up in the mountain. Definitely will return to the property in the near future.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday.
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
