Our purpose - meet up with family for 3 days of skiing- three adults, two teenagers, a 10 year old. We do two ski trips/ year, one to Vail and another to various ski resort (Tahoe area, Salt Lake area, Aspen). Second trip to we stayed on the Canyons side because we knew from the last time that we enjoyed that side more. The townhome was beautifully decorated and spotless and we thoroughly appreciated the Miele gas cooktop and we also used the grill twice. We cooked in every night. My husband, the cook, said he "loved" the kitchen. From a convenience standpoint, very nice to have seasonings, washer/dryer, trash bags, dish soap, etc already supplied.. The view from the townhome was gorgeous. They had a sled or two and the kids would sled every day after skiing and had a blast. Everyone slept well.

- Any parties or gatherings of any nature which exceed the maximum occupancy or are disruptive in any nature are strictly prohibited.
- A cleaning charge will be deducted from security deposit if a pet or sign of pet is found in any of the rooms occupied by any member of your party.
- Guests must abide by the maximum occupancy rule allowed in the home at all times.
- Vehicles are not to be parked on subdivision streets or in any areas other than the driveway for the designated home. Any vehicles parked outside these designated areas will be towed at guest’s expense.
- There is a fee charge for each key or garage door opener not returned.
- Firearms or other types of weapons are not permitted in or around the property.
