50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 35 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
- Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
- Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered a violation of this rule.
- If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out, please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival.
- Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
- Guests should inspect the property upon checking in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions.
- It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.
- Do not use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
- Occupancy limits for the property, which is set by the City of Isle of Palms is people over the age of two years old.
- No fraternities, schools, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed unless the Owner grants prior approval.
- Guest agrees to compensate owner for any damages above and beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning requirements, and/or missing or broken household items.
- Guests must obtain permission from the Owner to have pets on the Rental Property. If permission is not given by the Owner, any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Under no circumstances are pets allowed in pools or hot tubs. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number. A child is defined as any person under the age of 18.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
- No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
- Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- If a hot tub or pool is provided at the Rental Property, it will be prepared and tested for proper and safe chemicals prior to or on the day of occupancy.
- Misuse of a hot tub or pool by the spilling of foreign substances into the pool, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass, or metal will result in a Service Call Charge at the sole discretion of Owner.
- If linens or towels are rented from Owner or supplied with Rental Property, Guest is responsible for lost or damaged items at the cost of two (2) times the published standard rental price for such damaged or lost linens or towels.
- The Rental Property may offer access to recreational and water activities, including but not limited to canoes, bicycles, and swimming. Guest fully understands and acknowledges that outdoor recreational and water activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. Participation in such activities and/or use of equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
- House parties are not allowed as restricted by the City of Isle of Palms. Occupancy and use of the premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend other guests, neighbors, or local businesses.
- All guests must comply with the Rules and Regulations published by the City of Isle of Palms.
