KEY Curation Notes

Seagrove Place beach access sits directly across 30A, putting the sand a quick crossing from the front door. For a home set within a gated community rather than on the Gulf itself, the beach could hardly be closer.
All four suites are ensuite, and each opens to its own private balcony. The baths are a step above, with a jetted tub and tiled shower in the master and garden tubs in two of the others, plus a first-floor half bath. Everyone in the group gets a private bath and a private outdoor perch.
This is a three-story Mediterranean home, fully remodeled in 2023, with twelve-foot coffered ceilings, soaring arched entryways, reclaimed heart-pine floors, and a hardwood and wrought-iron staircase as the centerpiece. Two of the four suites sit on the third floor and there is no elevator, worth noting for anyone who would rather skip stairs.
The setting is central Old Seagrove at its best, 1.8 miles from Seaside and its Truman Show streets. The Sea Turtle Reef offshore makes for rare snorkeling close to home, a deep roster of dining sits within a short walk, and Bike the Beach is one block away for bikes, golf carts, and ocean toys.
Three king suites and a bunk room sleep eleven, the bunk room fitted with a queen-over-queen bunk and a trundle for the kids. The chef's kitchen carries high-end stainless appliances, a gas range, and granite, and KEY.co can stock it before arrival so the first meal is ready to go.

Neighborhood: Seagrove Beach - This home is is centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside and, in the other direction, the Old Florida Fish House! If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants in 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to The Dough Sea Dough Donuts for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is a great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries. - There are many fabulous local restaurants nearby, such as Café 30A, Angelina’s Pizzeria, Donut Hut, and The Perfect Pig Gourmet Market. Come experience Palmeira Villas and see what makes the 30A area world famous. - Seagrove Beach entrance is just across the street.

Parking information

- Parking is strictly limited to private driveways in this community. Parking in neighboring driveways or on the street is not permitted and will result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked in the driveway associated with this unit. - Due to the narrow streets and garbage collection contract with our HOA, parking is strictly limited to private driveways. Do not park in the street (nor in neighboring driveways) else your vehicle will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

  • Do not exceed maximum occupancy. Children under 2 count toward occupancy.
  • Booking guest is responsible for all occupants, visitors, damages, and rule violations.
  • No subletting, reservation transfers, or booking for another party.

Events & Noise

  • No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited.
  • Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM (or as posted by the community).

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized pets prohibited. $500 fee plus cleaning/damage charges.
  • Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 fee plus remediation costs.
  • No illegal drugs.
  • No firearms or weapons.
  • No climbing, jumping, throwing items, or hanging items from railings.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Wi-Fi: Provided as a convenience; not guaranteed. No refunds for outages.
  • A/C _(if equipped)_: Keep doors/windows closed when running. Recommended setting: 70–75°F.
  • Park only in designated areas. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved. Towing fees are guest responsibility.
  • Amenity Wristbands: Required at Tidewater. Lost wristbands: $25 + tax each.
  • Amenities: Availability may be affected by HOA/resort maintenance, inspections, or closures. No refunds for interruptions.
  • Security Cameras: Exterior cameras may be in use.

Checkout & Care

  • Leave the property in reasonable condition. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning.
