Each bedroom includes a private ensuite bath, while thoughtful amenities such as an elevator, dedicated workspace, PFAS water filtration system, in-home washer and dryer, oversized garage with a second refrigerator, and a ping pong table provide added comfort and convenience throughout every stay. For even more fun, a six-seat LSV golf cart is available to rent separately. Ideally located along quiet High Hammock Road, the villa is just a short bike ride or walk from Seabrook Island’s pristine beaches, the Beach Club, and an array of premier amenities. Guests enjoy full access to the Beach Club pools and Lake House outdoor pool, along with opportunities to experience championship golf, tennis, pickleball, horseback riding, scenic nature trails, and exceptional dining throughout the island. Neighborhood: Seabrook Island - Beach Access: 1/2 Mile to Seabrook beach access - Tucked among the live oaks and overlooking the lush greens of Seabrook Island’s Ocean Winds Golf Course, along quiet High Hammock Road, just a short bike ride or walk from Seabrook’s beautiful beaches, the Beach Club, and island amenities.
Parking information
- Maximum allowance of 2 total vehicles parked exclusively in the driveway. No parking is permitted on the grass or roadways, but guests can utilize the spacious lower-level garage for general access. - Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. The number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our team members after booking. - Use only the parking spaces provided for the property. Offending vehicles may be towed or booted at the Guest\`s expense without notice. Motorcycles, campers, RVs, and boat trailers are not allowed. Some of the Resort communities do not allow over-sized vehicles such as Sprinter vans. - Properties that are in gated Resort communities will require a pass to enter the gate. If your home does require any special passes, we will notify you and provide you with the corresponding materials.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy meal preparation and entertaining, with convenient access to the adjoining dining and living spaces.
The villa overlooks the Ocean Winds Golf Course and features a porch where guests can enjoy peaceful fairway views, with beaches and resort amenities just a short walk or bike ride away.
The fireplace is unavailable for guest use.
A 6-seater LSV golf cart is available—please inquire about adding it to your reservation; rental rates are $150 per day or $875 per week.

To access any of the island's amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground, complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, oceanfront pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access, so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
We provide an initial supply of paper products, like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from our rental homes, so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading, and a light cleaning/vacuum.
This property is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests and the home.

- Other: No marshmallows in gas log fireplaces
Equipment & Amenities
- Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
- Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
- Report equipment issues immediately
- Locked areas reserved for owner storage
Checkout & Care
- Cleaning expectations: Load and start the dishwasher before departure. Pile used towels and bed sheets in the bathroom. Empty the refrigerator and discard any open food items.
- Bring all trash to the outdoor trash bins.
- Return all keys to the property and place one key back in the lock box upon departure. Lost keys will incur a $35 charge per key. After-hours lockouts will result in a minimum $100 fee. It is recommended to keep a key in the lock box at all times to avoid being locked out.
- Check the washer and dryer for any remaining items. Lock all doors and windows before leaving.
