KEY Curation Notes

Direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Cascade Lift via dedicated trails from the back of the property, with both green and blue runs accessible — an unusually accessible setup for groups of mixed ability.
The main house is a work of craft. Custom Durfeld red cedar logs hand-peeled from British Columbia, skip-sawed fir floors, slate tile and copper sinks, Gallatin River stone on the custom beds — this is a genuine Montana lodge, not a decorator's approximation.
The Tulikivi soapstone fireplace anchors the great room, framed by a floor-to-ceiling window view of Lone Peak. A Finnish-built piece, it radiates heat evenly for hours.
The kitchen is professional-grade: Subzero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf oven, induction cooktop, and a 5-seat island. Two full kitchens total — one in the main house, one in the guest suite.
The guest suite above the garage is self-contained — two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms with private entry. Genuinely useful for multigenerational groups or two families wanting separation under one booking.
Ski locker, boot dryers, Peloton, and a dedicated office with monitor and printer round out the infrastructure. This home is built for a full week, not just a weekend.
Starter supplies are minimal. At 18 guests, stocking two kitchens is a meaningful first task. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery so both are ready before the group arrives.
