- This cozy condo has a prime location in Big Sky's Mountain Village. - This property is located in a complex with similar unit numbers on each building. Please look for 137 Beaverhead Drive first, then find unit 202.
Parking information
- Two spots in long detached garage. - Spots in garage for skis and boots. - One spot in front of garage. - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any cars parked otherwise are subject to towing; any applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Things you need to know
Shared Community Gym in the Building with a Peloton Bike. Bring your shoes and your Peloton subscription and spin those legs out on your rest day.
We provide a variety of linens including sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters, body towels, hand towels, and hot tub towels.
Our amenities also include essential hygiene items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers.
We supply household necessities like toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. In the kitchen, you'll find garbage bags, ziplock bags, Reynold wrap, Saran wrap, dishwashing tabs, dish soap, sponges, and cleaning supplies.
Laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available at the property.
A full kitchen inventory is available upon request.
Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night, and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well.
We cannot guarantee the snow conditions at the time of your rental and are in no way liable for snow conditions that contribute to limited or restricted ski access.
Most cell phones get good reception, but please check with your service provider to determine coverage.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Pets are not permitted under any circumstances on or in the property, and evidence of a pet will be grounds for immediate termination of the agreement, expulsion of all Guests and/or Guest invitees or individuals and forfeiture of any rent paid.
- No smoking is permitted on, at, or in any part of the property.
- Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
- Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate.
- No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tubs without an adult present at all times.
