Sink into the cozy leather sectional that surrounds the gas fireplace and TV, or gather around the game table tucked away in the corner for some quality family time with board games. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests, with three additional barstools at the large, elegant granite island. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Behind the sliding barn doors awaits the game room, complete with a beautifully carved pool table, foosball, a putting green, seating, and a TV with a speaker bar. Keep the barn doors open to expand the living area or close them for a quieter environment. The main level hosts a large king suite with deck access, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Indulge in the exquisite bathroom with its spacious soaking tub, tiled shower, bidet, and double granite vanity. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy sitting area in the loft, perfect for unwinding with a book or spending quality time with loved ones. Upstairs also features three bedrooms, two of which offer comfortable queen beds, while the bonus room is ideal for children or younger families, featuring a full-sized bed and four twin beds. A shared full bath with a combination tub/shower and double granite vanity open to both the hallway and one of the queen bedrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy. Step outside onto the deck to revel in the private views of the stunning mountains. Enjoy al fresco dining at the six-person table or fire up the gas grill for a delicious barbecue. Venture into the yard below and gather around the inviting stone fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings and roasting s'mores. - The garage is not available for guest use, but the driveway provides ample parking for the home. - 4WD is required for winter months. - Parking on the roads to houses may be illegal and could result in accidents, fines, vehicle towing, and the inability of locals and rescue vehicles to get to your house or others around you.

Yes, it is as good as the photos! What a beautiful house, and what a stunning location Eagles Nest is. Everything about this place is well done, great attention to detail in the landscaping, great trails, great facilities. First class. And a great location if you're visiting Banner Elk or Grandfather Mountain. Thoroughly recommended! We plan on returning :).

Things you need to know
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday.
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

While enjoying your stay at Cloud Catcher, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit ,Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
Vineyard: Food and Wine served, Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each, HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p ** Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Important Notes:
Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
