No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
There will be roofing construction in the neighborhood for the summer of 2023- this home will not undergo construction in the summer of 2023.
A full kitchen inventory is available upon request.
Fully stocked home with linens, hygiene products, household essentials, kitchen supplies, and laundry amenities.
Extra pillows and blankets.
Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well.
Communal hot tub/pool are not available during the winter.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Outside noise must be kept to a minimum.
