KEY Curation Notes

Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, a genuine asset for group stays where privacy and morning convenience matter. The upstairs bunk room sleeps six with a full jet soaking tub attached to its bathroom.

A private hot tub on the lower level connects directly to the guest bedroom and overlooks meadows with mountain views. The 2,140-square-foot townhome features a main living room with fireplace, separate dining area for six to eight, and a kitchen island for casual meals.

Downtown Big Sky and the Community Park sit three minutes away by car, walkable or bikeable for active guests, with hiking, tennis, and park access moments from the door. Big Sky Resort is a 10-minute drive up the mountain.

A fitness center operates year-round and cross-country ski trails run through the complex grounds, with direct access to 85+ kilometers of groomed Nordic terrain in winter. Linens, towels, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, and cleaning supplies are all provided.

Summer cooling works through open windows at night and closed blinds at dawn, the preferred local approach throughout Big Sky’s mild mountain climate. The strategy keeps interiors comfortable throughout warm-weather days without mechanical air conditioning.

Things you need to know

There will be roofing construction in the neighborhood for the summer of 2023- this home will not undergo construction in the summer of 2023.

A full kitchen inventory is available upon request.

Fully stocked home with linens, hygiene products, household essentials, kitchen supplies, and laundry amenities.

Extra pillows and blankets.

Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well.

Communal hot tub/pool are not available during the winter.
