Most properties have either a lake or golf course view. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.
Parking information
- Driveway or Garage parking. \*You will be given a parking pass at the Security Gate for the gated Resort properties upon initial Check-In to the Property. The parking pass will be valid for your entire stay and must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle. \*\*The following vehicles are not allowed on the Resort Properties: RVs, motorcycles, trailers of any kind, unregistered, non-Sandestin Property Owner golf carts.

We have been traveling and staying in the panhandle of Fl for 40 years - This house and location and amenities are TOP Shelf !!The mgmt company went OVER and beyond to accommodate our requests - The house was spotless, kitchen fully equipped - We cooked breakfast daily and made drinks in the evening. The outside ice machine was awesome for all of our drinks and to fill coolers for our beach trips. We also really enjoyed BayTown restaurants and all of thr activities to do. If you like golf, we’ll your be in Heaven!! We used the provided golf carts for most all of our traveling, beach, there’s a Publix’s on site together with almost every shopping experience, you could think of. The Owners seemed to have thought of everything too - they have beach chairs, floats and even coolers in garage for your use on beach !! If you’re like me and you read the reviews before staying anywhere AND you have read this far … We’ll IF you’re so lucky to find this place and it’s AVAILABLE … BOOK IT !!

Things you need to know
Your rental includes a one-time linen and towel set-up, an initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry, and dishwasher detergent. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken out of the property.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests and any invitees of Guests shall obey all of the laws of the state of Florida and local laws, at all times while they are on the Rental Property including common areas of the resort. Failure to abide by the laws of the state of Florida or the rules incorporated herein may cause Guests and invitees to be vacated from the Rental Property and forfeit all rents and security and/or deposits.
- No underage drinking or partying is allowed on the Rental Property. If we are made aware of these activities, we will be forced to remove the Guests from the Rental Property. All rental payments and deposits will be forfeited.
- NO lifeguard/safety personnel are provided. Guests use the pool and other amenities at their own risk!
- Pool heat at private home pools, if it is available, is offered seasonally between October and Early May, however, pools cannot be heated if the temperature is below fifty-two (52) degrees or above eighty (80) degrees. For an additional cost, the pool can be heated. Pool Heat must be purchased for the entire/duration of stay and will be billed at the time of request for units that have a heater.
- The pool is to be used by registered Guests and Guest invitees only. No glass is allowed in the pool area. There are no pool hours at private home pools, however, please be considerate of neighbors. Neighborhood pools will have rules posted with varying hours, and all rules should be followed. Please rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower before you enter the pool and when returning from the beach
- Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level.
- Our agent or authorized persons may enter the Property to make repairs.
- Guests shall not have parties or events at the home without obtaining prior written approval from the management. Weddings, cocktail parties, receptions, welcoming events, etc. may require Owner approval, payment of additional fees, and an additional written agreement.
- Additional occupants must be approved and additional charges may apply.
