Top bunk beds are meant for children only, please no adults.
This home has a Sonos sound system connected to all rooms as well as a portable device, please connect via WIFI/Bluetooth for your enjoyment.
There is an active Ring surveillance camera located on the front door pointed outwards.
A complimentary starter pack of amenities including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent is provided. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
All the bed linens and bath & beach towels are included in your stay.
The spa can be heated using the spa side remote.
The pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost. 48 hour notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD $100 (plus tax) per day must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that a 3 night minimum is required for pool heating.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This property can accommodate a maximum of six adults or a maximum of eight including children.
- The pool maintenance provider visits the property on Thursdays to perform servicing and cleaning tasks exclusively in the backyard area, requiring access only to that part of the home.
- Every Wednesday, the gardener arrives to mow the lawn and take care of the plants surrounding the house. They will solely require access to the exterior sections of the property.
- Pool/spa equipment is to be operated by management only, please do not tamper with the equipment itself. Please call first if you have any questions.
- The pool cover is available as needed for child safety. Please call management for assistance.
- Fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
- Do not use the property for any commercial use.
- Management is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries. We do not recommend shipping items to your rental home.
- No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the Rental Agreement shall occupy the property. A charge of $250.00 per person per night will be assessed for each unapproved guest.
