Ascending to the second floor, guests will discover two additional king suites, one of which features an en suite doubling as a family bathroom. Also located on the second floor is a room with two full-sized beds and a whimsical, galactic-themed bedroom that houses two sets of bunk beds, totaling four twin-sized beds. It's a realm where dreams and adventures intertwine in every goodnight's sleep. Beyond the elegant interiors, the home bursts into life with an array of entertainment options. A cozy home theater on the second floor provides the perfect spot to indulge in movie marathons, while a blacklight games room sets the stage for endless fun with an air hockey table, two arcade racing games, two arcade shooting games, and a golf arcade game. Step outside to the private pool deck and you'll find a spa, tiki bar, ping pong, and foosball table. Lined up against the Watson PGA golf course, guests might even have the chance to catch a few swings of the professionals as they relax in their private paradise. Things you need to know
Fully equipped with linens, towels, utensils, kitchenware, and a complimentary starter pack, everything you need for your home away from home.
If you would like the pool and spa to be heated, you will need to request this additional service with your reservation. This service does include an additional fee which varies on the size of the pool and spa. Pools will be heated off a timer system, turning on in the morning until the evening, meaning that pools do not heat overnight, though spa heat can still be operated.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay is three nights.
- Pools may not heat to the Guest’s desired temperature during colder weather and may take up to 48 hours to reach maximum temperature.
- Running & diving are prohibited. Children, of any age, are not allowed in the pool area without supervision. When available, safety netting & pool alarms must be used at all times and doors must be kept closed & locked. Disabling Pool Alarms is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited.
- All guests and third-party invitees are strictly prohibited from using any fireplace located on the Property.
- Fireworks, open flames, intoxication by occupants, and inherently dangerous activities are prohibited.
- Guests are prohibited from using candles on the Property.
- Commercial use of the Property is prohibited, including but not limited to, public events or productions.
- Guests cannot set the air conditioning below 72° or the heat above 78°, change the fan from Auto, leave any doors or windows open, or leave the blinds open.
- No parties, groups, gatherings, events, or other social functions are allowed unless specifically authorized in writing. An exception exists for pre-approved parties which are subject to approval and additional fees.
