Neighborhood: Key Cove Landings - This home is located in the community of Key Cove Landings, on an exclusive lane of waterfront residential homes. - Walking distance to the essentials such as grocery stores and the largest shopping center on the island, while still being tucked away in your own quiet neighborhood. The excitement of downtown Old Town is just a few minutes away by car, moped, or bicycle.

Dockage is not available at this home's development.
The pool does not have screen enclosures. It is highly likely that your pool may have leaves or minor debris upon arrival. This does not mean the pool is not clean and is able to be swam in. We clean our pools once a week and includes debris removal, water tests and filter cleaning.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine.
Golf cart is NOT included.
Restrictions
- Do not send packages to your vacation rental. Please contact us and we will deliver it to your vacation rental prior to your arrival.
- Recycling does not collect plastic bags, Styrofoam, or pizza boxes. Please do not attempt to put these items in the blue recycling bins as all recycling will then be negated and/or will not be disposed of. Please make sure to dispose of trash in the appropriate bins designated for your home.
- Guest shall take care of the Premises, its appliances and furnishings and maintain the unit in a neat and sanitary condition.
- Guest will leave unit in the same condition as at check-in, including furniture placement.
- No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian.
- Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- No jumping on the beds. If beds are damaged upon arrival, please let our staff know ASAP. If after departure, damage to beds are discovered, you may incurred repair fees.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
