We had an amazing stay and loved this cottage! The management company was amazing and so very responsive with everything! The welcome cupcakes were such a thoughtful touch and everything and more that we expected in a rental house was provided for. Such a quiet, peaceful escape for us - loved the short walk to beautiful Crescent Beach and exploring Point of Rocks. LOTS of beautiful shells if you are willing to venture around the point! We loved the private pool and the mattresses on the beds were AMAZING! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will return!

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 90 days before check-in.
75% Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 89 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.

This home is part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the right side of the first floor which is only garage spaces (two), the right backyard and pool area, along with the entire second floor of the three-story building.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
