Neighborhood: Breckenridge District - This condo is in one of the most desired locations in town, just off of N Main Street in the Breckenridge Historic District. In just a quick ten-minute walk, you can be on your way to the base of Peaks 7 or 8 from the BreckConnect Gondola. - Hop onto the free Main Street Trolley just a few minutes away from your front door and find yourself in the historic downtown area in mere minutes. - Take advantage of this incredible location and make the short two-block stroll onto Main street where you can discover local shops, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, the Breckenridge Arts District, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. - Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn.

Parking information

Free on-site parking for one vehicle in the underground assigned parking, with the additional two vehicles with passes available on the uncovered parking behind the building. The parking garage height is 6'6."

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Guests will have clean linens, toiletries, and household supplies.

Guests will have access to the pool, hot tub, and a shared laundry facility in the complex.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Long-term stays are allowed.
  • Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
  • Due to short-term rental restrictions and liability reasons, we have to remain firm on the maximum occupancy restrictions. Maximum occupancy is the total number of guests that are allowed at the property at any given time (inclusive of any daytime guests).
  • Please do note that we do not recommend shipping anything to the property as shipping in the mountains can be unreliable, we recommend shipping all packages to the local UPS or FedEx store and requesting it be held for you there. However, if you do decide to ship a package, please note we cannot receive packages before your stay and we are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive. Also, USPS does not service Breckenridge and most of Summit County. Items shipped or mailed via USPS will not arrive.
  • Our vacation rental properties may not be accessible to all types of vehicles. Guests are responsible for ensuring their mode of transportation can safely access the property. The rental company is not responsible if a guest's vehicle is unable to reach the home due to the property's terrain, driveway, or other access limitations. Guests should review all property details and communicate any concerns about vehicle access prior to booking.
