Two blocks to the beach. A short walk gets you to the Gulf — not beachfront, but close enough to make it part of the daily rhythm without driving.
Community pool on-site, unheated. Shared pool is available year-round; no pool heating, so cooler-month dips will be brisk.
Beach gear in the garage. Chairs, toys, and a Dyson for post-beach cleanup are stocked and ready — no need to pack or rent.
Two king bedrooms plus a bunk room. The master on the first floor has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom sits upstairs alongside a bunk room (two sets of bunks), making this a practical layout for families with kids.
Private yard with outdoor seating and grill. Fenced outdoor space with furniture and a gas grill; good for evening meals or unwinding after the beach.
Pier Park is two minutes away. Shopping, dining, SkyWheel, and a movie theater are a short drive — useful for rainy days or nights out.

This was an incredible value. I think the listing undersold what we were getting. The beach is within walking distance, pier park is right down the road, so you’re able to access the strip easily. Please be prepared to bring your own beach towels or buy them from Target/Walmart, as they don’t supply those. The beach chairs and toys in the garage are a plus. If things get too sandy, there’s also a Dyson in the garage. The neighborhood is small and very quiet. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. You will not be disappointed by this at all. Conveniently located and when I needed a few sodas for the kids, the gas station was a short, safe walk down road. The management was easily accessible and answered questions quickly. Thank you for an amazing experience. I will be back and will tell others, this is the place to be!

  • The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve and check in unless approved in writing. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • The guest is responsible for all occupants, reservation charges, payment compliance, and adherence to all rental policies.
  • Property may only be used for vacation purposes. Valid photo ID, selfie, and names of all occupants are required.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee upon approval and subject to availability, and are generally unavailable during peak periods unless confirmed by the reservation team.
