KEY Curation Notes

Two primary suites. Both king suites have their own en-suite bath with a walk-in glass-and-tile shower, which makes the home an easy fit for two couples traveling together. The remaining rooms have extended-length twins in one and a queen plus full-over-full bunks in the other, sharing a hall bath with a tub-shower and a separate water closet.

Backyard with a putting green and golf course views. The spacious patio looks out toward the 27-hole public Starfire Golf Club. A putting green, fire pit, and gas grill fill out the yard. The private pool can be heated to 80°F for $75 per night, and there is no hot tub.

Kitchen, bar, and dining for eight. The kitchen has an expansive island and opens to a formal dining room that seats eight with a view of the backyard. A bar in the great room anchors the social space, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers are on hand. TVs are streaming-only.

Full laundry room. Family-size washer and dryer with detergent supplied, useful for longer stays or golf trips.

Central location with a busy-road trade-off. Old Town Scottsdale is about 10 minutes away, with spring training ballparks and Fashion Square within easy reach. The home fronts a busy boulevard, so expect traffic noise when you're outside.

The upscale neighborhood is a 10-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and the many exciting multicultural activities in chic and charming Scottsdale. Spring training for the San Francisco Giants, Colorado Rockies and AZ Diamondbacks, hiking at Camelback, shopping at Fashion Square, exploring the Phoenix Zoo or Desert Botanical Gardens and touring the Taliesen West Museum are just a few of the possibilities. Other exciting choices include day spas, numerous public golf courses and eateries, car shows, equestrian events and the many impressive natural attractions unique to the Sonoran Desert.

Property was wonderful! Close to downtown Scottsdale and lots to do! House was clean and well maintained. Backyard was awesome! Pool , putting green and fire pit kept us entertained. Property has fruit trees are property was so nice to have fresh fruit every morning! Host was very responsive and called to Check in on us to make sure our needs were met! Def will return if in Scottsdale again!
