- Private home located on private acreage, accessed by paved and minimal grade driveway, accessible year-round. Just 5 minutes outside of downtown Marshall, and 20 minutes north of downtown Asheville. You are less than 45 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and 30 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate. You are also an easy 15 minutes from downtown Mars Hill. - Rental home is located on 24 private acres in Marshall, a small historic town nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains on the banks of the French Broad River.

Once you're there, it's awesome! Plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out and stay entertained. We each drove 6-7 hours to get there, so it was nice to be able to relax and unwind with plenty to keep the kids entertained and gather as a family for meals and games. The wide open space around the property was beautiful and spacious. It was nice being within 30 minutes to great hiking, and the cool historical towns around the area.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 75% processing fee of the total.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Extra guests beyond the maximum sleeping capacity are not allowed without the expressed written permission in advance.
- We have a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. No loud noises, music, or load vehicles are allowed between the hours of 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note if these are not followed you can be fined and asked to vacate the property.
- No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on Premises. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items and any damages to the Property of any kind.
- Premises will be delivered to Guests in a professionally cleaned condition. Should the Guest's use and activity require more than regular cleaning services, the Guest will be charged for associated excess costs.
- Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items.
- All of our rentals are in residential areas and may NOT be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or large gatherings. Any disruptive events could result in the eviction and forfeiture of the entire rental amount and security deposit.
- No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the property and no refunds will be issued.
- Most rentals are not equipped with air conditioning. If so equipped, and if not regulated otherwise, Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and the heat shall not be set above 78, and the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units.
- POOL AND SPA: If so equipped, spa heating is included. Pool heating is an additional fee and must be paid for prior to use. Guest should not tamper with pool heat controls or manipulate the heater in any way. Pool heat shall not exceed 86 degrees. The surrounding pool and spa may not be fenced or secure. Guest is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the pool and spa and its support equipment through Guest misuse and/or negligence.
- We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. This includes excessive noise from construction or public/private events, wildfire/smoke, weather-related interruptions, road closures, lack of snow, frozen pipes, interruption of services and utilities, or unexpected appliance breakdown.
