With ski in ski out access to Peak 9 for intermediate skiers and direct connection to the Burro Trail for hiking and biking, the location delivers true year round mountain living, while a private hot tub and sauna create a welcome retreat after days spent outdoors. The interior layout is thoughtfully arranged to balance gathering spaces with restful privacy. Two bedrooms occupy the upper level, including a serene primary suite with a king bed, sitting area, workspace, en suite bath, and beautiful mountain views. A second upper level bedroom offers a queen bed and its own en suite bath. The lower level hosts a third bedroom with a queen bed and lofted twin, along with a spacious in room sauna designed to comfortably accommodate four adults. This separation of sleeping areas makes the home ideal for both families and groups traveling together. The main level serves as the social heart of the home, where an open kitchen, dining, and living area encourage connection. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining table for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar, while the living room features a plush sectional, gas fireplace, and expansive windows framing forest and mountain scenery. Neighborhood: Warriors Mark - This townhome is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood, which is a great starting point for hiking and mountain biking; during the summer you can hike on the nearby Burro, Glacial Pass, Peak 10, or Peak 8 trails. During the winter season intermediate skiers can ski in/out if the weather permits. Great location and property! If you are a snowboarder this is not very “ski in” friendly. The trail was mostly flat and had to walk many times. Ski out is doable on snowboards. Both ways is sort of difficult to find the trail. Other than that this place was in an amazing spot with great views and very close to everything we did! They had a great instruction website that answered all our questions when they came up. Lastly they did not have A/C which was a surprise to us since we aren’t from a mountain town so it got very hot when we were sleeping because the heater worked TOO good, but there was lots of windows that we kept open to mitigate that! We would definitely stay again!

A baby gate to block access to the stairs is available. It is stored in the laundry room.
Guests will have clean linens, toiletries, and household supplies.
All beds are new memory-foam.
Down duvet comforters with feather or foam pillows.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a Samsung 5-burner gas stove, a new 12-cup coffee maker, a Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator, jumbo toaster oven, crockpot, and a spice rack.

- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
- Your reservation includes lodging sales tax.
- Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
- Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
- Smoking is not allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside.
- People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- Excessive noise inside the quiet hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund.
- Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property.
- Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
- There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use.
- The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner.
- Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times.
- If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted.
- At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub.
- Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation.
- No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction.
- No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted.
- Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase.
- Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour.
- Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation.
