At the heart of the home, a chef’s kitchen anchors the main level with top-tier appliances, generous prep space, and a large dining area designed for shared meals with a view. Six beautifully appointed bedrooms offer comfort and privacy for up to fourteen guests, including two primary suites with king beds, private balconies, and tranquil water vistas. Additional king guest suites each feature ensuite baths, while another king bedroom enjoys easy access to a full bath. A spacious sixth bedroom, designed with flexibility in mind, includes two king beds, complemented by additional sleeping space in the common area with a sleeper sofa, creating an ideal setup for families and groups. Outdoors, the experience shifts into full resort mode. A heated saltwater pool and spa serve as the centerpiece, accompanied by an outdoor shower, private balconies, and inviting spaces to unwind beneath the coastal sky. House was beautiful, clean and centrally located. Very short walk to the beach which was ideal for the grandkids, Also short walk to gift shops, restaurants and ice cream/smoothie store. Would highly recommend this property.

Things you need to know
Rents Saturday - Saturday during the peak spring and summer months.
The elevator is the largest residential size, handicap accessible, and runs from the garage to all three floors.
Towels and linens are provided.
Heated Pool - No Additional Charge - In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 15 - 20 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.
All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.
A keypad is available 24 hours a day to provide entry for guests.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Do not use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
- Occupancy limits for the property, which is set by the City of Isle of Palms is people over the age of two years old.
- No fraternities, schools, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed unless the Owner grants prior approval.
- Guest agrees to compensate owner for any damages above and beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning requirements, and/or missing or broken household items.
- Guests must obtain permission from the Owner to have pets on the Rental Property. If permission is not given by the Owner, any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Under no circumstances are pets allowed in pools or hot tubs. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number. A child is defined as any person under the age of 18.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
- No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
- Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- If a hot tub or pool is provided at the Rental Property, it will be prepared and tested for proper and safe chemicals prior to or on the day of occupancy.
- Misuse of a hot tub or pool by the spilling of foreign substances into the pool, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass, or metal will result in a Service Call Charge at the sole discretion of Owner.
- If linens or towels are rented from Owner or supplied with Rental Property, Guest is responsible for lost or damaged items at the cost of two (2) times the published standard rental price for such damaged or lost linens or towels.
- The Rental Property may offer access to recreational and water activities, including but not limited to canoes, bicycles, and swimming. Guest fully understands and acknowledges that outdoor recreational and water activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. Participation in such activities and/or use of equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
- House parties are not allowed as restricted by the City of Isle of Palms. Occupancy and use of the premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend other guests, neighbors, or local businesses.
- All guests must comply with the Rules and Regulations published by the City of Isle of Palms.
