KEY Curation Notes

Three connected downtown townhomes operating as one 8,000 sq ft property, each with its own private hot tub, gas fire pit, grill, wet bar, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and laundry. They can be locked off for complete privacy between sub-groups or opened fully for one shared retreat — the flexibility is the defining feature.
Walking distance to everything in downtown Whitefish — restaurants, bars, the free S.N.O.W. Bus stop, galleries, and shops are steps away. For a group of 18, the ability to not coordinate transportation for meals and evenings out is genuinely valuable.
Each unit has its own fully equipped kitchen with gas range, stainless appliances, live-edge dining table seating 8, and island seating for 6 — three separate kitchens means three sub-groups can cook independently, or all three dining spaces can be opened for one large gathering.
Three private hot tubs — one per unit, each on its own balcony — means no competition for après time, regardless of group size or schedule.
Bedroom configuration across all three units: six king primary suites (each with en-suite bath), two bunk rooms, and one queen room — well-suited for multigenerational groups, wedding parties, or corporate retreats where sub-groups want defined private spaces.
Whitefish Mountain Resort is 15 minutes away by car or accessible via the free S.N.O.W. Bus. Glacier National Park is 45 minutes.

Neighborhood: Downtown Whitefish - You can walk to everything - breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. right across the street. - In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more. Of course, you’ll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don’t miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring! - In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Speaking of Glacier National Park, it’s only 45 minutes away from Whitefish! Don’t miss the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! Getting to the property

- Montana is Big Sky Country and the best way to explore all its beauty is to have your own car. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter and guests of Big Sky & Whitefish do have several shuttle options if your preference is not to drive. Make sure to reserve your rental car early. - Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities! We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our large group. All of downtown was easily accessible by walking from the property, Markus foods and market walking distance for last minute goods, and the free Snow Bus bus stop was also walkable to get up to whitefish mountain. There is really no better place to stay to experience all of whitefish so easily! The property was very clean and provided kitchen tools, towels, trash bags, paper products etc. in excess, that many rental properties do not provide. It was also very nice to have a dumpster and recycle dumpster in the back, rather than trash cans for such a large group. The management company was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. Thank you so much for having us!

"Inspiration" is versatile, featuring three connected properties that can be locked off for total privacy or connected for group entertaining. Two of the properties are mirrors of each other with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs and an open-concept living, dining, kitchen, and wet-bar area for entertaining downstairs, along with a half bath for convenience. The third property is located all on one level, upstairs, and follows the same open-concept, mountain-modern design. All three properties boast fantastic local art, private balconies with hot tubs, a patio equipped with a gas firepit and grill, a gas fireplace, covered parking, and much more!

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary Guest must be 18+, must match the credit card holder, and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Reservations for unaccompanied minors are prohibited and will result in eviction with forfeiture of all charges.
  • Occupancy must not exceed the number stated on the reservation; no exceptions.
  • Primary Guest is responsible for all occupants and invitees, including damages, violations, and charges.
  • Additional unapproved guests may result in extra per-person charges, fines, or eviction without refund.
  • Residential use only. No parties or gatherings unless pre-approved in writing. Violations may result in eviction and additional charges.
  • Property must be used lawfully and with care; misuse of appliances or systems resulting in damage will be charged.

Events & Noise

  • Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Violations: $250 fine after first warning; third violation = eviction without refund.
  • Excessive noise, illegal activity, or disturbances may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
  • Guests must follow all HOA rules; any fines are the Guest’s responsibility.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties with prior written approval + $200/pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $1,000 cleaning fee + eviction without refund.
  • Service animals: Allowed with required documentation; Guest responsible for any damages or additional cleaning.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking results in a $1,000 cleaning fee. No incense or oil lamps.
  • Illegal activity: Strictly prohibited; may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
  • Fire hazards: No candles (except approved outdoor/emergency use).
  • Vehicles: No RVs, trailers, or campers. No vehicle repairs on-site.
  • Other restrictions: Violations of the agreement may result in fees up to 3× the daily rental rate and/or eviction.

  • Seasonal/vehicle requirements: 4WD/high-clearance vehicles recommended; no refunds for road/weather conditions.

  • Key/parking pass return: Parking pass must be left in unit; $300 fee if lost.
  • Checkout time: 10:00 AM. Late checkout without approval: hourly fees (minimum 1 hour); after 2:00 PM = full day charge.
  • Early arrival: Unauthorized early entry may result in a fee up to 50% of one night’s rate.
