Tucked away on a private lane, it offers the perfect sanctuary for your getaway. Immerse yourself in its exquisite interior or unwind by the outdoor fireplace while relishing the breathtaking mountain vistas. As you step inside, the captivating views of the dining and living area will captivate your senses. The dining table accommodates up to eight guests, and there are three barstools on the spacious granite island. The well-appointed kitchen boasts a large gas range, organized drawers, and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. Indulge in comfort in the living room, complete with cozy seating, a gas log fireplace, a 75" TV, and even a wine station for entertaining. Be it wine glasses or highball glasses, everything you need is readily available. On the main level, you'll find a laundry center in the hallway and a powder room near the entrance. The king suite on this level is a luxurious haven featuring a ceiling fan, a generous walk-in closet, and a splendid en-suite bath. Pamper yourself in the private bathroom, which offers a large tiled shower with a bench, a deep soaking tub with a wand, and a double granite vanity with elegant raised vessel sinks. Upstairs, the second bedroom also features a king bed and a ceiling fan. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects this room to the third bedroom, which houses two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. In the center of the room, a 55" TV awaits, along with a PlayStation4 and a comfortable couch for relaxation. The owner provides a selection of games, or you can bring your favorites. Additionally, there's a convenient desk in the nook near the staircase, should you need to attend to any work. Step outside onto the deck, where a covered section with a wood-burning fireplace, plush sectional seating, a hot tub, and a 55" TV beckon you to unwind. The open half of the deck features an inviting outdoor dining area and a brand-new Weber grill for delightful cookouts. Please note that, due to the homeowner's severe allergies, our vacation home is not pet-friendly. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets. If a pet is discovered on the premises, it will be considered a serious breach of contract, leading to expedited eviction without a refund. The tenant will be charged a $500.00 pet fee, in addition to any necessary cleaning and flea treatment expenses, lost income during cleaning, and the cost of restoring the property to its original condition, as determined by BRMR. These same charges will apply if a pet is found during the check-out inspection.
