Parking information

- Covered parking. No boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, or jet skis. Please have your registration form filled out prior to arrival at the property. If you do not have this registration sheet, please contact our local office. Parking passes are retrieved from security at the front gate.

What a bargain for what you get! Beachside, perfect views of ocean, sunset, pools, lagoon etc etc. We had such a fantastic time and really appreciated all the amenities this condo has to offer, from beach service to bikes, fire pits, hot tubs, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards - never ending fun that is INCLUDED! The space is huge - will have to bring more next time as this place very comfortably sleeps 8. Fully furnished kitchen so eating in was often on the agenda. So quiet and so spaced out we felt we had the place all to ourselves most of the time. Thank you Ashley for a fantastic time - we treated your home like ours and hope you will allow us to use it again soon!

Things you need to know

Reservations between March and October include beach service.

Free rentals of DVDs and free seasonal rentals of two bikes and a kayak (one hour).

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Rental includes linens, bath&beach towels, and iron.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
