The cabin spans two levels and accommodates guests in three cozy bedrooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements ranging from queen beds to a twin over a full bunk bed, plus an additional twin trundle. Upon entering from the covered porch, which offers stunning views of the surrounding woods and rushing waters, guests will find a home that blends rustic appeal with contemporary amenities. The kitchen boasts modern black stainless appliances and ample dining space, complemented by a propane grill on the porch for al fresco meals. The main living area, complete with a large Roku TV and a wood stove, invites relaxation. Meanwhile, the lower level features another Roku TV, a dry bar, and a pellet stove for cozy evenings. - This home is located in Bethlehem, a beautiful Northern New England gem, home to great restaurants, pubs, and a vibrant community, and a stone's throw from all major White Mountains attractions - New Hampshire's largest ski resort is less than 20 minutes away

Parking information

- During winter, snow removal from the driveway is provided automatically. But during severe storms, please be patient with the drivers as they are doing all they can to keep up with accumulation. Be sure you know the laws in regards to winter parking. Be prepared. - Many homes are in HOAs that do not allow parking on the street even during the summer. HOAs also generally restrict parking to 1 or 2 vehicles; you will be provided with clear parking instructions and directions to overflow parking.

Things you need to know

Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.

Pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.

Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed.
  • No parties without express authorization.
  • During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others. No fireworks on property.
  • We are in Bear Country. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; There is a fee for violations.
  • A responsible adult needs to be present during each rental. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Obey all local laws, including traffic and speed limits.
  • Guest agrees not to perform any criminal activity on the premises; this includes the usage of the home’s internet access for illegal activities.
  • Towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are not meant for outside use or make-up removal. Guest will be responsible for any damage to these items, including excessive staining.
  • Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
  • Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain. The cost for fixing any issues arising from guest(s) carelessness will be the Guest’s responsibility.
  • Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the vacation rental. KEY does not assume any responsibility for injuries resulting from your failure to use due caution.
  • Candles are not allowed due to fire hazards. Per NH State Law, no open flames (including charcoal grills) are allowed near any building housing three or more units.
  • No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol.
  • No hunting on premises.
  • Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78 and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units.
