The home is also perfectly flanked for walking or biking to the local upscale shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach and the 30Avenue town center

- The home includes an attached single-car garage, one carport space, and driveway parking that accommodates up to 4 mid-sized vehicles comfortably. - Please note that local neighborhood covenants strictly prohibit overnight street parking or parking on the grass.

- Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are permitted unless prior approval is obtained.
- Approved Use: The property is intended for residential vacation use only. Commercial use, subleasing, or transferring the reservation is prohibited.

- Events & Parties: Weddings, parties, large gatherings, and other events are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained.
- Quiet Hours: Guests must comply with all local noise ordinances and applicable HOA quiet hour requirements.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated as pet-friendly.
- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- Illegal Activity: Illegal activities and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited.

- Parking: Parking is limited to designated areas and the maximum number of vehicles allowed for the property.
